How messy are these books?

Drop a transactions CSV and get an instant health score with the exact rows worth a second look, before you quote a cleanup or sign off a close. Diagnostic only: it flags issues, it doesn't change anything.

Clerai runs checks like these automatically at every month-end close, adding AI categorization, receipt matching, and a branded client report. The fix is one click inside the app instead of a spreadsheet. This tool just tells you where to look.

Common questions

Is my client data uploaded?

No. The CSV is analyzed entirely in your browser with local JavaScript. Nothing is sent to Clerai or stored anywhere, so client data stays on your device.

How is the score calculated?

It starts at 100 and deducts points based on the share of transactions that trip common checks: duplicates carry the most weight, then missing payees, large outliers, possible personal spend, and weekend activity. It's a directional signal, not an audit.

Are the flags always problems?

No. They're prompts to review. A weekend charge or a large amount can be perfectly legitimate. The tool surfaces what's worth a human glance so nothing slips through the close.

Does it fix anything?

No. It's diagnostic only. Fixing the issues (recategorizing, merging duplicates, chasing receipts) is the work Clerai automates inside the app.
