Terms of service

You can use LedgerFlow to run categorization, client chasing, and month-end close for your firm's clients. We provide the software; you remain the bookkeeper of record and own all the data you import or generate.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your firm. The product is designed for business use only; consumer use is not supported.

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials, enabling two-factor when we ship it, and limiting access to teammates you trust. You must notify us promptly at security@ledgerflow.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Don't try to break the product, probe it for vulnerabilities outside our responsible disclosure program, scrape data that isn't yours, upload malware, attempt to bypass tenant isolation, or use the service to assist unlawful activity, tax evasion, or money laundering. Don't send us anyone's bank passwords or other shared secrets — we don't want them.

Your firm and your clients' data remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it strictly to operate the service for you. We do not train shared AI models on your data. Aggregated, fully de-identified usage metrics (counts, latencies) may be used to improve the product.

The product, branding, and software are ours. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell it.

Plans are month-to-month and charged via our merchant of record (when billing launches). Taxes are added where required. Cancel any time; we don't pro-rate refunds.

We aim for high availability but offer no formal SLA at this stage. We post incidents to our status page when they happen.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month window is capped at the fees you paid us in that window. You're responsible for confirming books before sign-off — AI suggestions are aids, not decisions.

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your data, or your breach of these terms.

You can delete your firm at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-product and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, except where local consumer law gives you stronger rights.
