AR/invoice chasing is separate: a deterministic, non-AI daily job that emails your client's own customers about their overdue invoices on a fixed day 3/10/21/45 schedule, capped at four reminders. Replies go to your own address, not Clerai, and there's no portal for the payer, it links to the invoice's own QuickBooks payment link. It's opt-in per client and included on every plan.

Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades also take effect right away, and the unused time on your old plan is credited against your next invoice. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it simply does not renew. No annual lock-in either way.
